Deputy Minister Trung said the EEF is focused on current development trends of countries around the world, including Vietnam. Priorities include food and energy security, the circular economy, environmental issues, economic digitalization, smart city development, and strengthening cooperation in science and education.

Russia introduced the great potential of the Far East region to ASEAN countries. The region is eager to develop strategic infrastructure such as seaport systems, roads, housing, and transportation systems.

The widespread availability of Vietnamese products in supermarkets across Russia’s Far East region is a significant advantage for Vietnamese businesses. Deputy Minister Trung underscored the promising prospects for Vietnamese tourism there as well.
