Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam Nguyen Quan and Minister of Education, Science and Technology of South Korea Lee Ju-Ho signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in Seoul on Monday.  Minister Nguyen Quan praised the development of South Korea and its Science and Technology industry. He said that Vietnam wants to learn from South Korea’s scientific and technological development experiences as well as in the national construction and considers science and technology as a breakthrough. The Minister said that Vietnam wishes for South Korea's support policy making and personnel training activities.
