He said Vietnam is recovering, with increasing exports of textiles and garments, electronics, and marine and agriculture products, and has fully integrated into the global economy.

Many international organizations view Vietnam’s economic prospects positively, he said.

Mr. De Grand Ry recommended that Vietnam invest in transportation infrastructure, education, and renewable energy to maintain its strong growth.

Belgium can support Vietnam with wind energy development, he said.
