PM Chinh was speaking at a reception in Bucharest on Sunday for representatives of the Romania-Vietnam Friendship Association and other friendship organizations in Romania.
Romanian organizations have coordinated with the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese community in the European country to organize events to mark major holidays, important diplomatic events, cultural and art programs, exhibitions, and seminars.

At the reception, the Romanian attendees expressed their deep affection for Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, and said many Romanians admire Vietnam's just cause and heroism.

At a meeting with representatives of Bucharest University of Civil Engineering the same day, Mr. Chinh said Vietnam wants continued cooperation with Romania, especially in economics, trade, investment, education, training, culture, society, and people-to-people exchanges.
