Vietnam allows Boeing 737 Max to fly again

(VOVWORLD) - The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has permitted airlines to resume air routes using Boeing’s 737 Max aircraft in Vietnam.

The decision, which took effect as of December 31, was based on safety measures adopted by the Boeing manufacturer and the results of the investigation into two crashes involving the Boeing 737 Max aircraft in 2018 and 2019.

The decision got the approval of the aviation safety risk management council of the CAAV.
