The lowest rate on domestic routes is 299,000 VND (13 USD). The lowest rate on international routes is 899,000 VND (30 USD). The rates exclude tax and fees and are not valid at specific peak periods. Passengers can enjoy the promotional rates on flights between April 1 and October 31.

Vietnam Airlines has improved its service by serving dry snacks on several domestic and international routes and extending online check-in by an hour. A new generation of convenient wide-body aircraft, such as the Boeing 787 and the Airbus A350, will be used on longer routes. On March 25, Vietnam Airlines will open a new Nha Trang-Seoul route.
