All passengers must have their body temperature checked before boarding, wear face masks and fill in health declaration. Passengers are required to keep a distance of one meter from each other while going through procedures at airports until boarding. The aircrafts and boarding gates are disinfected in accordance with international standards.  

“We increase domestic flights to meet customer’s demand during Tet holiday. Safe transportation is paid high attention to. The frequency of flights has increased by 10%. The flights are well-organized in all regions and airports, not only in Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat to ensure safe travel for passengers,” said Chairman of Vietnam Airlines Dang Ngoc Hoa.

During Tet holiday, Vietnam Airlines is offering ticket exchange for those in quarantine areas or those who are restricted from travelling due to the coronavirus.
