The increase will apply to 15 domestic routes, between cities with high demand including Hanoi, HCM City, Vinh, Can Tho, Da Nang, Hue, Pleiku, Nha Trang, and Dong Hoi from January 31 to March 2, 2018. More flights will be added on these routes:

Hanoi – HCM City: 237 more flights, served by Boeing 787, Airbus A350, A330

HCM City – Da Nang: 212 more flights, served by Airbus A321

HCM City – Hue: 104 more flights, served by Airbus A321

Vietnam Airlines recommends that customers:

-         Buy tickets on its official website: www.vietnamairlines.com or from authorized agencies to avoid fake or overcharged tickets. Detailed information can be found at Customer Support/Vietnam Branches on the website, Customer Care line 1900 1100, or the official Facebook page: www.facebook.com/VietnamAirlines.

-        Carefully consider flight schedules. Multiple bookings at one time on different flights will be automatically cancelled.

-         For domestic flights, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the estimated time of departure (ETD) to complete necessary check-in procedures. Vietnam Airlines counters will close 40 minutes before ETD.

-      Use online check-in or kiosk check-in to save time and avoid overcrowding at airport counters.
