According to the General Secretary, Vietnam's decision to pursue a new growth model based on science, innovation, and digital transformation demonstrates strategic vision, confidence, and the ability to grasp the demands of the times.
Raja said he believes that the shift away from a growth model based on cheap labor and resource exploitation to a development model based on knowledge, technology, and national planning is a step towards improving the quality of the productive forces.
In particular, this process is placed within the framework of socialist orientation, emphasizing the role of science and technology in serving national development and social progress. This affirms that socialism in Vietnam is a dynamic process, capable of creatively adapting to new historical conditions, while always placing the welfare of the people and national sovereignty at the center.
