At a seminar on overcoming climate change challenges in Vietnam, held in Hanoi on Wednesday, 5 years after the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, participants discussed the challenges Vietnam is facing, recommended environment-friendly actions that everyone can practice in their daily lives, and proposed solutions to protect the environment, conserve natural resources, and achieve sustainable economic development. Speakers shared practical ideas for fighting climate change, including anti-flood houses, renewable energy, and changing children’s habits.

Mr. Tan said that next year, Vietnam will be in charge of implementing the Paris Agreement’s commitments of Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC).
