In his facebook post last week, Maduro highlighted President Ho’s important role as the founder of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, laying the foundation for the Vietnamese people to defeat foreign invaders. Maduro wrote that President Ho Chi Minh left the whole world a lesson that a small country can defeat a world power if its millions of people are united to fight for freedom and independence.
