She rose above the 85 contestants for her confident beauty, personality and ability to shine everywhere and at anytime in a finale night in Moscow on Saturday. Gabriela Isler is 1,8 meter tall and working for a TV station in Venezuela. Miss Spain, 23-year-old Patricia Rodriguez, was first runner up and Miss Ecuador, 22-year-old Constanza Baez, was second runner up.
