Chinese President Xi Jinping told visiting US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel on Wednesday that agreements both sides reached at the China-US Summit in Sunnylands last June will be the foundation for their growing military relations. Cooperative principles are no confrontation and mutual respect to effectively settle their disagreements and other sensitive issues.
