Mr. McConnell told reporters that 3 Republican Senators plan to vote against AHCA. This was a blow to efforts to dismantle the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and approve AHCA in this year.
US Senator Bill Cassidy and Lindsey Graham called the failure to vote for AHCA before the end of the month a setback, but pledged to continue to promote health care reform. President Donald Trump said he is disappointed with the 3 Republican votes against AHCA.
