The package will include 30 Bradley fighting vehicles and 25 Stryker armored personnel carriers. Ukraine will receive munitions for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), anti-tank weapons including Javelins, and munitions for Patriot and Stinger anti-aircraft systems.

Russia warned the West against sending further arms to Ukraine, saying such arms convoys could be considered “legitimate targets” for the Russian armed forces.
