(VOVworld)-President Barack Obama was to resume campaigning on Thursday after a pause caused by the U.S. east coast's worst storm in generations. Mr Obama is gaining more support in swing states, including Ohio, Florida and Virginia. New Jersey Chris Christie on Wednesday praised Obama’s direction in the flood preparedness although the governor was a supporter of Republican candidate Mitt Romney. Obama and Romney are locked in a race so tight that both campaigns are predicting victory in the election scheduled for November 6.
