Mexico was the largest buyer, followed by Japan, Canada, and Singapore. The Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) said the trade pact has created momentum for the sector to “take off”.

The association expected that tra fish shipment in the second half of the year will maintain its growth thanks to stable prices and demand.
