(VOVworld) – A tourism promotion festival was held in Hanoi on November 7 and 8 as part of the Hanoi Promotion Month 2015. This year’s festival offered more than 500 tours and thousands of low-fare rickets. Truong Thi Minh Huong, Deputy director of Saigontourist company, said: “We are a pioneer in this program, through which to promote our friendly image to Hanoians.
