The event was held to mark the 40th anniversary of French-Vietnamese diplomatic ties and celebrating the close ties between Hanoi and Toulouse. The week will introduce French arts and culture and Toulouse specialties to both local Hanoians and foreign tourists. The program includes music performance, film screening and exhibitions.
