He praised Can Tho’s economic growth of 7.23% in 2025, noting that its budget revenue has exceeded targets and the two-tier local government system has been operating smoothly, he said.

Chairman Man asked Can Tho to promptly roll out an action plan to  implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and prepare thoroughly for the elections of the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels.
