Madam Ngan made the statement at a meeting in Kazan city on Sunday with Farid Khayrullovich Mukhametshin, Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, during her official visit to Russia.

Chairwoman Ngan said the Vietnamese NA is ready to work to remove hurdles in bilateral cooperation, and pledged that Vietnam will create a favorable investment and business environment for Russian firms, including those from Tatarstan and Kazan, to operate effectively in Vietnam.

At a meeting with the overseas Vietnamese community in Kazan city the same day, NA Chairwoman Ngan called on them to continue to act as a bridge between the Vietnamese and Russian peoples.

“The Vietnamese Party and State always consider overseas Vietnamese an integral part of the nation. As far as I know the Vietnamese community here have integrated well into the local society,” said Madam Ngan.
