Blinken told Wang that the US is open to discuss the guiding principles of China-US relations, responsible management of bilateral relations, and cooperation in areas of mutual benefits.

Regarding the conflict in Ukraine, Wang said that China stands by international and UN charters to promote peace and negotiations, and will play a role in resolving the conflict in its own way.
