By Monday, around 45 heads of state across the globe and 3 international organizations have delivered personal condolence messages. Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said if it receives an offer, it’s willing to deploy professional divers and provide special rescue equipment to support the search work. The death toll has reached 87 people while 215 others remain missing. A total of 174 people have been rescued, however, there is still hope for more lives.
