(VOVworld)-National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung chaired the closing session of the National Assembly Standing Committee meeting on Friday. Delegates have discussed revisions to the Land Law including the authority to reclaim land, land lease and evaluation as well as resolution to land disputes. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung asked the government and drafting agency to finetune the amendments to improve the settlement of land related complaints: “The draft law still consists of many generic clauses which raise concern in enforcement. I ask the government to absorb National Assembly comments and discussion outcomes to improve the law’s enforceability.”

Delegates discussed and approved a resolution on the distribution of revenue generated from Vietsopetro oil and gas joint venture.
