(VOVworld) - The National Assembly’s Judicial Committee opened its 4^th session in Hanoi on Wednesday to review a bill on provisional measures prior to lawsuit.
Delegates agreed on the necessity of the bill as it relates to public rights and interests as well as fundamental human rights in line with the 2013 Constitution. They called for clear, specific and practical provisions in the bill to ensure the consistency of the legal system.
