(VOVworld)-The Vietnam Fatherland Front held a consultation workshop in Hanoi on Friday to review the function and performance of its advisory council. It has contributed positively to the drafting of laws and policies to ensure social welfare. The Fatherland Front’s Social Affairs Council chairman Nguyen Tuc makes suggestions on how to improve the council’s supervision role:“Key leaders of the Fatherland Front must tackle negative sides of the market economy and represent people’s voice. This will improve the efficiency of social supervision and criticism.”

Delegates called for more comments on the draft Land Law which will be revised by next year.
