Thanh Tri village has long been famous for its steamed roll rice pancake making craft, a delicate, elegant dish imbued with the Vietnamese soul. Through many historical ups and downs, Thanh Tri dish has become a symbol of Hanoi's culinary.

The inclusion in the national heritage list is an important opportunity to preserve, honor and promote more widely the unique cultural and culinary values of the craft village. On this basis, Hanoi will develop craft village tourism and create sustainable livelihoods for locals.
