Le Thi Anh Mai, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, said the theme “Heritage Convergence” symbolises not only the connection between the three ancient capitals — Hoa Lu (Ninh Binh), Thang Long (Hanoi), and Phu Xuan (Hue) — but also the gathering of cultural values from across the country, from the fertile Red River Delta to the majestic Central Highlands.
She stressed that the event reflects Hanoi’s vision and aspiration to become a regional and global centre of creativity, where traditional heritage harmoniously blends with modern life, forming the unique identity of a city that preserves and spreads Vietnamese cultural values.
