(VOVworld) – Le Hong Anh, Politburo member and permanent member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, visited and presented New Year gifts for poor people, Agent Orange/Dioxin victims, and lonely elders in the southern province of Bac Lieu Monday. Each set of gifts in cash and kind brings disadvantaged people a happy and more sufficient holiday.

Mr. Le Hong Anh who was accompanied by a delegation of the Vietnam Red Cross Society urged Bac Lieu provincial authorities to pay greater attention to the material and spiritual lives of local people, especially those from ethnic groups and in remote areas to have a cozy Lunar New Year festival.
