After 7 years of implementing the National Target Program on Building New Style Rural Areas, all 4 communes of Tam Diep have met the new standards. Roads, electricity, schools, and clinics have been built or upgraded with various sources of investment. Agricultural production has been shifted towards commodity production with improved product quality. The quality of health care and education services, culture, and environment has been enhanced, while national tradition is preserved.
