(VOVworld) – Central agencies and Ninh Binh province have given gifts worth nearly 130 million VND to Agent Orange/Dioxin victims. This is part of activities to mark the 52nd Day for Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin on August 10. The Vietnam News Agency in Ninh Binh has presented gifts worth 3 million VND to 10 victims in the province. According to the provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, Ninh Binh now has 4,686 Agent Orange/Dioxin victims, of whom 2,684 were exposed to the dioxin when they were fighting during the anti-US resistance war.
