(VOVworld) – The National Assembly Committee for Culture, Education, Youth and Teenager on Friday reviewed the enforcement of the Law on Youth and Children from 2008 to 2010 by the Ministries of Home Affairs, Public Security, Justice, and Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs. 

Deputies discussed collaboration with functional agencies to build community based models to educate children violating the law and pilot centers offering legal assistance services for groups of people in special circumstances, and formulate a more friendly judicial system for children. The supervisory team acknowledged that the ministries have implemented the Law on Youth and Children well within their functions and assignments. They also assembled the ministries’ opinions on a project to form a family court and court for adolescents which will be presented at the upcoming National Assembly session.
