(VOVworld)- Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan has urged the State audit to strengthen auditing of economic restructuring, public investment, state-funded projects, state corporations and major commercial banks. Addressing a conference of the State Audit in Hanoi on Wednesday, Ms Ngan stressed the importance of improving the quality, efficiency and competitiveness during the restructuring of state-owned enterprises in combination with shifting the growth model. The Vice Chair asked the State Audit to implement regulations in the Constitution and revise the State Audit Law comprehensively before submitting it to the National Assembly for approval. She said State Audit activities should always follow the supervision programs of the National Assembly and the management of the Government.
