During the meeting at the headquarters of Thanh Khe Ward People's Committee, voters heard brief biographies of the candidates according to the published and posted list. Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu presented his action plan to the voters.

“If elected as a deputy to the 16th National Assembly, we promise to regularly pay attention to and propose specific and feasible solutions to effectively deliver the city's socio-economic development programs. Together with the city's National Assembly delegation, we will act as a bridge between the locality and the legislature, the Government, and central ministries and agencies in addressing local difficulties, promoting the city's development, improving the lives of the locals, especially in remote areas and ethnic minority regions, so that our people can enjoy the fruits of the reform process,” Mr. Tu said. 

After listening to the candidates' action programs, voters expressed their opinions, discussed issues of concern, and voiced their trust in candidates. The permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat discussed with voters upgrading and investing in new projects to contribute to disaster prevention and control, and the Land Law.
