Participants presented scientific reports and proposed solutions to improve the implementation of national laws and policies on transforming the agriculture towards modernity and sustainability, helping to create breakthroughs in agriculture.

Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Economic Commission, said that participants suggested a number of solutions such as developing the institution, raising public awareness, boosting technological application and digital transformation, increasing State investment, and mobilizing social resources to participating in the development of agriculture, farmers and rural areas.

"We should consider developing science and technology and digital transformation a breakthrough to create an ecological agriculture, modern rural areas, and civilized farmers," he added.
