(VOVworld)-The General Department of Environment together with  the Vietnam Clean Air System  held a seminar on improving the management of air quality in Vietnam. According to a report from the General Department of Environment, agencies in charge of  air quality management in Vietnam have not  get a well-defined mission. The 2005 Environmental Protection Law defined the main function and mission of the Ministry of Natural Resources and  Environment but the regulations on air quality management are still poorly-defined. Delegates called for a framework a national action plan on air pollution to manage air quality in the country.
