British Prime Minister David Cameron announced that the British government will add about 3.04 billion USD to its military budget to fight IS. Half of its 18 billion USD in foreign aid will go to preventing unstable countries from becoming a terrorist stronghold. Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka announced Tuesday that the Czech Republic has tightened its security and will strengthen the defense of its border with Slovakia. Norway announced suspension of a law prohibiting Norway’s policemen from carrying a gun, 6,000 police will be able to carry a gun legally until December 1. Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said that issuing of visas to refugees from Syria and Iraq will be tightened and thoroughly considered following the Paris attack. Meanwhile, the UN said Monday that closing border gates is not the solution to the worst migrant crisis since World War 2.
