Lt. Gen. Nguyen Dinh Chien, Director of the Institute Agent Orange/dioxin Study, the organizer of the charity program, praised the children for their effort to overcome difficulties and achieve good academic results: “We hope that with the support of organizations, individuals, and the community, this program will become a meaningful annual event, which will provide a wealth of inspiration for children of war invalids and victims of Agent Orange/dioxin. This will open a new journey of sharing difficulties and promote passion for study to nurture young citizens of the nation."
