During the online conference on the results of the national administrative reform program in the 2011-2020 period, Mr. Binh requested SBV’s leaders to focus more on administrative reform as it is a solution to achieve the strategic goals in the Vietnam banking development strategy until 2025. He also urged the State Bank of Vietnam to fine-tune legal frameworks and policies in line with international practices and norms to ensure a modern banking system.
