The first group of Russian soldiers under 25 years old has been moved to Belarus for medical care. Russia has returned the same number of Ukrainian prisoners of war, but neither side has given the exact number.

The Kremlin said Monday that Russia is still ready to honor agreements with Ukraine on a prisoner of war exchange and on the repatriation of dead soldiers. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the exchange has begun and will continue in stages over the next few days.
