(VOVworld) - Russian security services will look into the authenticity of a video allegedly released by the Islamic State that threatens attacks in Russia "very soon," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Thursday.

Mr. Peskov said the authenticity of the video and the sources are unknown but, in any case, Russia’s special services will look into it.

SITE, the US’s terrorism monitoring group said IS released a Russian-language video clip threatening attacks and bloodshed in Russia. IS called for attacks on Russia and the US in retaliation for their air strikes against IS in Syria.
