Ukraine said Russian troops had seized Kreminna, a frontline town of 18,000 people in Luhansk, one of the two Donbas provinces.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is starting a new stage of its special military operation in Ukraine, adding that this will be a very important moment of the operation.
