At the 9th sitting of the National Assembly Standing Committee

The Standing Committee asked the Government, the Prime Minister, ministers and heads of ministerial-agencies to focus on major tasks and solutions in order to create significant changes in State management in the debated areas.    In natural resources and environment, it said the dossiers of the revised Land Law and relevant laws should be completed soon for submission to the National Assembly to closely manage and effectively use land resources. The Law on Real Estate Businesses and other related laws must reflect reality for consistent regulation of land relations and transactions.  National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue also called for supervision on rapid transformation from informal to formal exports.
