This is one of this year’s key tasks in the National Target Program on new rural development declared Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh yesterday. He said apart from resources from the State budget must be combined with other resources and national programs. He added that the Ministries of Planning and Investment and Finance need to propose measures to increase financial support for the New Rural Development program.
