Accordingly, the government, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and relevant agencies are required to review legal documents and regulations to recommend necessary revisions to the Labor Code and relating documents in line with Vietnam’s commitment to the  ILO's Convention No.98. Communications to raise public awareness about the Convention will be carried out to ensure consistent approach in implementation.
