(VOVworld)- The Party’s Central Commission for Propaganda and Education celebrated the 60^th anniversary of its journal on Friday.

Speaking at the ceremony, where the commission was given the Labour Order, third class, the Head of the Central Commission for Propaganda and Education, Vo Van Thuong, commended the journal’s personnel for  what they have achieved over the past 6 decades. He urged that there should be stronger reforms to improve the content and format of the journal: “The journal needs to constantly improve its quality and political will for journalists and editors, who should be professionally-qualified and who fully understand the job’s ethics. Journalists and propagandists should have a firm political will and sharp point of view to correctly convey the Party’s guidelines and also to write well and persuasively”.

The Head of the Central Commission for Propaganda and Education asked the journal to develop its contingent of stringers, who are propagandists, experts and researchers from all parts of Vietnam.
