(VOVworld) - Nursultan Nazarbayev, who won the off-year Kazakh presidential election, swore an oath to people on Wednesday. After the announcement of Chairman of the Constitutional Council Igor Rogov, Nursultan Nazarbayev officially took office as head of state for his fifth five-year term. Kazakhstan held its presidential election on April 26 and some 8.83 million people voted for Nazarbayev, which is 97.75 percent of the votes.
