The Kuwaiti Prime Minister invited his Vietnamese counterpart to walk on the red carpet to the official stand where the national anthems of both countries were played. The welcoming ceremony ended with the two sides introducing delegates to each other.

During this visit, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will hold talks and meetings with the King, Prime Minister, and Crown Prince of Kuwait; visit economic facilities; meet with major companies; and deliver a policy speech at the Kuwait Diplomatic Academy.

The two sides will discuss, agree on directions and measures, and define a framework for deeper future cooperation. They express mutual support at international forums, contributing to stability, peace, cooperation, and prosperity for both countries and the world.
