He called for the development of family clusters to formulate new collective farming model to share labor resources and facilitate large scale scientific application in agriculture. The Deputy Prime Minister asked Dong Gia commune, Kinh Thanh district, to promote new collective model in plant variety purchasing, contract negotiation towards sustainable poverty reduction.
