Speaking at the seminar, Vietnamese Ambassador to the UK Nguyen Van Thao reiterated the Vietnamese Embassy’s willingness and determination to connect Vietnamese intellectuals in the UK with project FIRST.

Participants discussed the project’s vision and feasibility as well as specific support for Vietnamese experts and intellectuals in the UK once they join the project.
